I am a psychotherapist registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapists and an Occupational Therapist registered with Health and Care Professions Council. I am registered as a psychodrama psychotherapist with the British Psychodrama Association (BPA)
I have extensive experience working with complex emotional and relational issues both as a senior clinician in the NHS and in private practice. I have specialised in working with people who have complex trauma and difficulties associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder. Additional trainings include Mentalization Based Treatment (Anna Freud Centre) and a Diploma in Intercultural Therapy (Goldsmiths’ College).
Publications include chapters on Psychodrama and Mentalization and working with Shame.
I currently work with groups, individuals and couples in private practice using an integrative approach.
I am also an accredited supervisor and offer supervision to qualified psychotherapists and trainees.
