Anna Kenny-Ginard

I am a highly qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, with experience across a wide spectrum of challenges.  Within the comfortable, confidential, collaborative space I provide, we can explore and make sense of the feelings which have prompted you to seek support.

Being offered the chance to reflect with an experienced therapist can help you find clarity, heal past wounds, and unearth the unconscious influences which may be preventing you from truly thriving.  The therapeutic relationship we build can help you reach a new level of self-awareness and understanding which can make change and growth not only possible, but inevitable.

I am passionate about working with my clients to understand their processes better through the therapeutic relationship we forge together. Although I specialise in helping those facing addiction issues, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, I am experienced in and available to work across a wide variety of mental health matters beyond these specialisms.
