I am passionate about working with my clients to understand their processes better through the therapeutic relationship we forge together. Although I specialise in helping those facing addiction issues, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, I am experienced in and available to work across a wide variety of mental health matters beyond these specialisms.

- I am an Addiction Therapist at The Priory, working with inpatients in recovery from a wide variety of addictions. I am additionally an NHS Honorary Psychotherapist, offering long term therapy to patients facing complex diagnoses and circumstances.
- I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London, and further qualifications from CCPE and Tavistock Relationships.
- I have completed additional trainings in Mentalization Based Treatment, Group Dynamics, and Trauma-Focussed CBT.
- I’m a fully registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and a member of Addiction Professionals.
