You may be coming to therapy because you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem or diffi culties in your relationships. Perhaps something from your past continues to affect you, or you’ve reached a point where your usual ways of coping no longer feel enough. I offer a calm, confi dential and non-judgemental space to explore what is happening, understand yourself more deeply and consider what you might want to change.
I’m an experienced integrative psychotherapist and arts psychotherapist, offering therapy for adults from a central London practice on Great Portland Street, near Oxford Circus.

I have experience working with trauma, childhood trauma, emotional neglect, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence and interpersonal trauma. These experiences can affect our sense of self and our relationships in ways that aren’t always easy to recognise. You may struggle with trust, boundaries, self-worth or feeling emotionally safe, or experience anxiety, burnout, depression or a sense of disconnection.

My approach is integrative, relational and trauma-informed, and I tailor the work to each person rather than following one particular model. I believe that feeling understood and safe within the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process.

Alongside talking therapy, I can incorporate arts psychotherapy, imagery, drawing and somatic awareness when these feel useful. No artistic experience is needed. These approaches can sometimes help us explore feelings and experiences that are diffi cult to put into words.

I also bring an intercultural perspective, recognising the importance of culture, identity and personal background in how we experience ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
