I am a senior psychotherapist, supervisor and lecturer who brings over 18 years of clinical experience in working with people who suffer from traumatic experiences, depression, eating disorders, anxiety related issues and those who can’t just work out why they feel so unhappy, confused or helpless. I support people with obsessive and compulsive issues and work with people who face a suicidal crisis. I further work with people who struggle with sex addictions, and other “psychiatric” conditions. But symptoms like fever for an example, although we don’t like it, can often be healthy responses to an unhealthy situation.
My therapeutic experience is further informed by my work at various NHS hospitals, a psychiatric community and the 3rd sector. As a tutor and lecturer I have gained inside into the contemporary academic and training practices in the psych field.
Lived experience and realities such as racism, heteronormativity, poverty and class inform my therapeutic work fundamentally and helps me to recognise problems as both subjective and political as well as socio-economical.

Fee structure:
Initial consultation: After you contact me, I will call or email you to arrange one or two initial consultations, where we can discuss your needs and the nature of your difficulties. This will help us decide if we could work together therapeutically. This means whether you feel you will be able to bring whatever you need to our sessions and also how my approach could impact your circumstances. In the initial consultation, we will also talk about the length and frequency of sessions as well as confidentiality, fees and the cancellations policy. From £50.00 to £120.00
